Refund Policy:
Bricklaneuk.com will accept returns on items that are in their original condition. Items for return must not have been worn, altered, damaged or washed. Items should have original tags. Footwear must be in original box undamaged and unworn. Full priced merchandise items for return must be received within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.
We regret to inform you that the following items can not be returned: SALE items, Lingerie, handbags, watches, jewelry or any custom/special ordered items.
PLEASE NOTE: Return shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and the responsibility of the customer unless due to our mistake.

Typographical Errors

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Brick Lane Corp shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
